MB.BCh. Dr Shadwell qualified as a medical doctor at the Welsh National School of Medicine in 1981. He gained a wide experience as a doctor, practicing in hospital in General Medicine, General Surgery, Accident and Emergency and Ear Nose and Throat. He also gained experience in general medical practice working as a locum GP. He is fully registered with both the General Medical Council and General Dental Council. His medical experience and knowledge enable him to have a comprehensive understanding where dental/oral symptoms may be linked with medical problems of which the patient may be unaware.
B.D.S. He qualified as a dental surgeon at the University of London, University College Hospital, Gower Street in 1986. He has been practicing as a dental surgeon in the Highgate area since 1987.
L.D.S. This is a second dental qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons of England gained in 1987.
